The Japanese diet vs American/Western diet.

Interesting video from psychetruth outlining the major cultural differences in the Japanese diet when compared the average American diet. A lot of it I agree with, especially the fact that the Japanese diet is packed with vegetables, less meat is consumed and portions tend to be smaller. Also people in Japan tend to drink green tea over soft-drinks when hitting the vending machines. Overall I feel a lot healthier living in japan myself. Japan is known for it's low obesiety rate and high life expectancy. I believe that diet has a large role to play in this. It's important to be aware that genetics also plays a role here. But definitely an interesting video.
